Robert is Of Counsel to Kucker & Bruh, LLP, and a senior attorney whose legal practice includes commercial and real estate transactions and disputes including administrative law proceedings and all aspects of litigation, from the taking of discovery through conducting trials and arguing appeals.
Prior to joining Kucker & Bruh, LLP, Robert was a Senior Partner at the Borah, Goldstein, Altschuler, Nahins & Goidel, P.C. law firm, and the supervising partner of the firm’s Administrative Division, specializing in all types of proceedings before administrative agencies including the following: New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR), New York City Environmental Control Board (ECB), New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and New York City Department of Buildings (DOB). He has over 39 years of real estate law experience, since 1974, with almost nine years as Assistant Counsel in the New York City Office of Rent Control.
Robert has provided legal counsel to many of the real estate industry’s major owners and managers.
