Tanya is an associate with the firm, who joined Kucker & Bruh in August, 2011. Her areas of concentration include commercial and residential real estate transactions and disputes including administrative law proceedings, landlord/tenant law and general real estate litigation. Tanya represents clients in civil actions in the Supreme Court of the State of New York and Civil Court regarding a multitude of issues concerning commercial and residential real estate, including: breach of contract litigation, disputes regarding non-primary residence, sublet and assignment, and succession. Her practice areas also include matters relating to Mitchell-Lama housing companies, HPD hearings (concerning New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) matters) and Article 78 proceedings. She has participated in all aspects of litigation from pretrial discovery through the prosecution of bench and jury trials.
Prior to joining Kucker & Bruh, Tanya was employed by a New York firm which advised condominiums and cooperatives in all aspects of their operations. She previously served as a felony trial assistant with the Kings County District Attorney’s Office, where she successfully prosecuted numerous felony jury trials.
